It doesn't matter so much how you move, just that you find something you like to do. As a friend of mine likes to say “Motion is lotion”! It keeps everything in our bodies working better.

Mix it up! Cardio, Strength, Flexibility & Balance
There are many different ways to move and exercise, each with its own benefits. Cardio is great for heart health, strength is key for muscle and bone health, and balance and mobility work help prevent injuries and falls. A combination of all of these is ideal. Start with something you love to do and build from there. Consistency is the key to getting results! A health coach or workout partner can help keep you accountable.
